It is located in the historic center of the city, from where you can visit, in just a few minutes' walk through streets with an authentic Andalusian flavor, the old town, the Fortress and the Arab wall, the contemporary art center, the Ermita de los Remedios, the Holy Week Museum, the Cervantes House, the Palace of the Marquis of Beniel, and various churches. In addition, there is a wide variety of restaurants nearby, such as El Convento, El Caserío de las Monjas, La Sastrería, etc.

On our coast, in Torre del Mar, just 5 km away, you can enjoy the beaches and the typical fried fish and grilled sardines served at the beach bars (chiringuitos).

Getting around: There are buses to the coast, Málaga, and other Andalusian cities you might want to visit. There is a bus stop in Plaza de las Carmelitas, where the Town Hall is located, a 2-minute walk from this apartment.

General conditions for long-term rental of properties (12 months or more):

- Proof of financial solvency:

By presenting monthly income. In the case of employed individuals, a payslip is required; the amount must be sufficient to guarantee rent payment and living expenses. An open-ended employment contract with a minimum of 2 years' seniority is also required. For self-employed individuals, please submit your tax returns for the last two years, showing sufficient income to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover rent and living expenses.

- Must not be listed on any credit default registers.
- Two months' rent as a security deposit.
- First month's rent is payable in advance.
- Final cleaning fee: €150.
- Electricity is not included in the rental price.
