Very close to the city of Marbella (8 km, real 5 minutes by car), but hidden at the same time, as it is located in a magic valley in the mountains. You can walk in 10 minutes to the white little town of Ojen.

It is beautifully constructed with a very spacious living room including a large open kitchen, four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms which one of them includes a spacious walking shower and the other one a very big bathtub, plus a large storage-laundry area.

The house has heated floors which makes a very comfortable living in the winter months, also air-conditioning is available, even if the summer is not so warm because of the effect of the two rivers that surrounds the property which never runs dry.

The finca includes a beautiful swimming pool which has a build-in jacuzzi, surrounded by beautiful garden areas, terraces and places to relax, for example by the river area listening to the water running or simply lying in the sun by the pool, or in the shade that provides one of the many fruit trees that exist in the garden area. There is ruin of water mil from the 19th century in the property.

There is also a tv satellite connection which provides international tv (our main provider is canaal digitaal Dutch tv but any other can be installed on demand).
