Our 5 guests apartment with seaview is located in Mijas Costa, Urbanización Lubina del Sol. Front beach, shared pool, terrace, parking and surrounded of beach restaurants, supermarket, fuel station, public transport and the very best thing: only few meters from the beach. Easy access from the highway, 36 km from Malagas airport, 2 km from Cabo Pino and its lovely port with bars and restaurants, 10km to the water park Aquamijas, 16km to Marbella and 90km to Gibraltar. Nice place to enjoy a relaxed holiday beside the sea.

Lubina del Sol offers 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It offers air condition in both bedrooms and there is also a fan. 2 bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen with wash machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle etc. WiFi free of charge is also available. The TV is a Smart TV. The lovely terrace offers seaview and it is south west facing. The pool is open the whole year and you have sun loungers and parasols that you can use in the garden/pool area. The depth of the pool goes from 0m to 2,60m. From the outside common areas there is a direct access to the beach. The apartment offers a parking spot free of charge. Tennis court is also available, free of charge and you can use it whenever you want. In high season you might need to register your name and time at the gate when you want to use it.

Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit. 1 pet per booking.
Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that check-in time is from 5 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21.00, you will have to pay a supplement of 30 euros from 9pm to 11pm and 50 euros from 11pm onwards.
A refundable deposit of 150 euros will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card).
