Like all wooden doors in the house, the heavy door was imported from England and is a fire door, solid and heavy. The living room offers a view over the fields below to the sea through various windows. This neighboring property can not be built on. Entering the living room, one finds the immense rustic dining table that seats 8 people right in front. On the right is the sofa area and the television. Going around the corner past the sofa you get to the second bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom. This was modernized not long ago. The bedroom has a large double bed, a large closet and an aluminum sliding window giving access to a terrace in front. This is still fully fenced, because this was part of the sanctuary. The sliding windows in this room have also only been renewed in recent years. The rest of the windows in the house might need replacing.

Leaving the house via the courtyard and turning right, you come to three consecutive rooms that are currently used as food storage for the animals, as part of the treatment station and the last room served as a gym and for personal belongings.

These three rooms can be connected via doors and 2 bedrooms and one or 2 bathrooms have enough space here. Inside, the house is generally well maintained and cared for. The outside needs to be painted and the garden urgently needs a loving hand and care because the owner couldn't manage it herself for health reasons.

Opposite the main house, to the left as you walk towards the house, are the animal enclosures where the cats were cared for until they found a new home. This area could be used for a pool to be built by dismantling the pens and leaving only the outer walls.

Los Estancos is only 5 minutes from the capital where you will find all the major supermarkets, a shopping center, the banks and many shops. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to Playa Blanca beach. The dunes and beaches in the north take between 10 to 15 minutes. It also takes no more than 15 minutes to get to the airport. Los Estancos is where many live who while they work in Puerto del Rosario but are looking for peace and space.
