The city center is about a 5 minute drive by car or a 5 minute bus ride, and a 5 minute walk too from the apartment to the bus stop.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc.. It has direct access to a large terrace of 30 square meters.

The master bedroom is exterior and overlooks a quiet park. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 meters, a large built-in closet and a private bathroom with bathtub, sink and bidet.

The second bedroom is also exterior and has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a built-in closet.

The second bathroom has a bathtub, sink and bidet.

The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms which are tiled. The apartment is decorated with original paintings that give it a distinction vibe.

Well behaved pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the property.
