In the beautiful town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana we present a charming Canary Island centennial house (largely around 150 years old), with a built area of about 60 m2 and a rooftop, with part covered, part open, of about 30 m2.

The Villa of Santa Lucía de Tirajana is about a 30-minute drive inland from Vecindario, along a winding road. The town has all basic services and the Global bus line nº 34 serves Santa Lucía, whether heading to the coast or to San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

The old part of the residence consists of a large space with thick stone walls, tall wooden double doors and a high old roof with three sloping Canary tiles. Inside there is the bedroom and the living room, with air conditioning. A hallway in the center of the house separates the old part from the newer part, which has cement block walls. In the hallway you will find the entrance to the house on one side and the staircase to go up to the rooftop on the other.

This part of the dwelling has a flat roof and is less old. It includes a separate kitchen (with a 4-burner electric stove, extractor, refrigerator and microwave) and a dining table with 4 chairs. The other room consists of a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine.

Fiber optic connection is possible and there is also a line for landline telephone.

Pets are allowed.

Access to the house is direct, public parking is in front of it or nearby. The dwelling is furnished.

To reserve the property or move in, two monthly payments are required: the security deposit and the first month’s rent. The rental price does not include water, electricity or internet charges.
