In a quiet yet central location of the iconic village of Santa Lucía, this lovely little house features a giant terrace of about 100 m², with some fruit trees, a shower to cool off in the summer, and a stone barbecue. The terrace, recently renovated and fenced, also offers outdoor furniture and hammocks.

The kitchen, with a modern style and striking red color, has a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a 6 kg washing machine. A small table and two stools invite you to have breakfast. The two sliding windows provide brightness and ventilation to the kitchen. The wooden ceiling gives a warm and cozy atmosphere to the home. The bathroom, with its walk-in shower and tiles in gray, white, and black tones, conveys a pleasant and aesthetic feeling. Upon entering the home, visitors find the living-bedroom area, which consists of a bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 m and a sofa (also a single bed for guests), a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful pine wood wardrobe.

This little house is part of a small complex of three accommodation units located on the same plot. Homes of different sizes (30 m², 40 m², and 65 m²), each with its private terrace, separated by new green fences 2 meters high, covered with artificial grass.

To access the plot of these three homes, parking is available in front or very close by (there are several public parking spaces), and you only need to go down a few steps to reach the level of the homes.

The village of Santa Lucía offers all basic services such as a mini-market, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, health center, church, library, etc., and is connected to the Global bus line No. 34, which links to Agüimes, Arinaga, Vecindario, Doctoral, and San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
