This luxurious, new apartment is located on the third floor. The elevator takes you to "Las Rosas", where you are welcomed upon entry by light, space, peace and beauty. Enjoy a spacious private terrace of 10m2 and relax on the roof of our building with a shared swimming pool, sun terrace and outdoor shower.
This spacious apartment with central air conditioning has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, two toilets, two smart televisions (in the living room and master bedroom) and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and electric hob. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
Along Playa del Cura you will find a 3 km long wide boulevard with restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment venues and the harbor. Or take a quiet walk along Playa de los Locos where you can also enjoy a drink and eat a paella. Nearby are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, waste collection points, etc.
"Las Rosas" is a 44-minute drive from Alicante-Elche Airport. By bus the journey takes 1 hour to Torrevieja bus station where you can easily take a taxi or walk 15 minutes to our apartment.
Besides the beaches, there is plenty to do in the area. For shoppers there are shopping centers such as "Las Habaneras" and "La Zenia Boulevard". Golf enthusiasts have plenty of choice, and there are walking and cycling trails in Torrevieja Natural Park.
