Pinar de Campoverde (160 meters above sea level) is one of the communities located below the central village of Pilar de la Horadada with approximately 23,000 inhabitants, the others being Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada. Pinar de Campoverde has a consolidated infrastructure and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, a medical centre, a police station, etc. Beautiful natural parks with, among other things, the famous Seco river bed, which takes about 1-2 hours to walk and comes out to Mil Palmeras and you can take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea. The nearest golf course is Lo Romero, which is a couple of kilometres from Pinar, a popular course, so make an appointment... then there are about thirty courses no more than 45 minutes away by car. To Torre de la Horadada with its 10 blue flag beaches it is about 10-12 km. If you don't want to drive yourself, of course, there is a bus that runs regularly.
