Maximum height: A building of up to three floors is permitted, with a total height of between 9.40 and 11.20 meters to the top of the last floor.

Buildable depth: The building can have a maximum depth of 18 meters from the facade line. The remaining space at the rear must be allocated to a ventilation and light patio, complying with habitability regulations.

Ground floor use: It can be used for commercial premises, garage, or dwelling, and if used for a garage, it is allowed to occupy the entire plot.

Facade elements: Balconies and enclosed overhangs are permitted from the first floor onwards, with a maximum projection of 50 cm, occupying up to two-thirds of the facade.
