For the big shopping there is Vinaros on the coast at 20 kilometers.

How does it work exactly?

First of all: how many units are allowed? The answer is that 60% of the property must remain green space, and 40% may be developed for residential use.

As the owner, you must first create a development plan. An architect is then appointed to translate these ideas into formal architectural plans. These plans are subsequently submitted to the Comunidad Valenciana, who must grant their approval.

An important advantage in this process is that the mayor also plays a role. The mayor is supportive of the project and can help explain and endorse the plans. According to both the owner and the mayor, under these circumstances the permits can be granted within approximately six months.

The owner is willing to assist throughout this process and is prepared to accompany the buyer to meet with the mayor.
