The apartment has a communal pool and a parking space included in the price. You can see it on Saturday afternoon or Sunday all day. It is rented to people with a permanent job with a payroll or demonstrable solvency. To move in, you must deliver the amount of 3 monthly payments corresponding to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's legal deposit and 1 month's agency + VAT. Water, electricity and wifi are paid separately.
