We loved: the lovely terraced garden with a variety of fruit trees, the charming pool, the private garage, the easy access, and the short distance to amenities.

Location and access:

The house is just a 10-minute walk from Canillas de Albaida, a lovely Andalusian village with shops, bars, and restaurants. The larger village of Cómpeta is only a 7-minute drive away and offers even more services and dining options. Access to the property is excellent, fully paved and very easy to use.

The property:

The estate includes a three-storey house, a garage, a small outbuilding of about 15 m², a swimming pool, and a large terraced garden with around 120 fruit trees.

You enter the property through a beautiful driveway lined with trees and vines, leading to a parking area and the garage (which fits one car). At the back of the garage, there’s also a laundry and storage space.
