It features a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy pleasant views of the communal gardens and swimming pools, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen. The property also has air conditioning with a heat pump, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.

The property is located in the town of Santa Eulalia, a very lively place also in winter, where it is possible to enjoy an excellent atmosphere and a pleasant climate all year round. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stop, cafés, restaurants, health center, among others.

The rental is aimed at people with a stable job and payslip or proven solvency, preferably workers temporarily relocated to the island who can prove their situation, or companies needing to accommodate their employees. Not rented to residents, and children are not allowed.

To formalize the entry, two monthly payments are required: one month rent and one legal deposit. Water and electricity costs are paid separately.
