Description
We present this warehouse in the Ipertegui II Industrial Park, under the jurisdiction of Orcoyen, with an area of two hundred ten square meters and sixty square decimeters. On it, an industrial building has been constructed, with a significantly rectangular shape, developed on a single floor and with a mezzanine in one of its corners of the main facade. One of its facades is a party wall. It occupies a plot area of two hundred ten square meters and sixty square decimeters, and a total usable area of two hundred forty-four square meters and sixty-nine square decimeters. The mezzanine occupies a usable area of twenty square meters and forty-three square decimeters. The warehouse has a metal rolling door and a parapet at the top to conceal the roof drainage.
Construction characteristics: The foundation consists of isolated surface footings of reinforced concrete under the columns and with tying or bracing beams between them. The structure is prefabricated reinforced concrete and consists of enveloping section columns, while the facade columns have curved areas. The columns have different lengths, depending on whether they are located in the facade, party walls, or supporting the mezzanine slab; in some of the warehouses, brackets are placed on the columns for the later installation of overhead cranes. Different types of prefabricated beams have been used: Deltas with a ten percent slope and spans of twelve and thirteen to bridge the columns between warehouses and later form the roof; Scatolares for supporting purlins in facades; and prefabricated concrete beams for supporting the mezzanine slab. The roofs of each warehouse are gabled; prefabricated sandwich panels with lacquered sheet metal on the exterior and insulation on the interior are placed on the purlins. All enclosures are prefabricated, containing insulation incorporated within. The party wall enclosures are fitted into the prefabricated columns and supported first on footings between columns and the following on the immediately lower panel; the facade enclosures are also fitted in the same way as the party walls. The warehouses have the corresponding sanitation, plumbing, and electrical services.
