The plot

The casita/garage
On the plot there is a large independent building that—with simple adjustments—can be used as a home office or guest accommodation. It already includes a small kitchen area, toilet and shower. Of course, it can also serve as a garage or workshop. This space also houses the washing machine/dryer connections and the boiler.

Utilities
The villa is connected to mains water and electricity. Solar panels are installed, keeping monthly energy costs very low. Three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (heating and cooling). The living room also has air conditioning.
There is central heating, which—just like the pool heating—can be connected to the existing heat panels. The current owner does not use this system, and for optimal function, three panels would need replacement. The asking price already reflects this.

Cañada del Trigo
