With great care and style, the owners renovated this century-old house in 2021, creating a rustic and charming place that combines traditional essence with the comfort of modern life, as well as a pool and large terraces. Located next to the neighborhood square of Hoya de Tunte, it is only a 5-minute drive from the town of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Tunte), or a 15-minute walk. In the past it was used as a holiday home.

Upon entering and in almost every room of the property, the height of the pitched wooden ceiling stands out, imparting a cozy sense of comfort.
The kitchen is led by a long American bar clad with a beautiful tile and accompanied by four wooden stools. It has a three-burner induction hob, extractor hood, 1.80 m fridge-freezer, and microwave with grill function.

The living room features a large masonry bank that serves as a chest and can be used as an extra bed, in addition to air conditioning and a 52-inch flat-screen TV. This room constitutes the core of the home. On one side is the spacious master bedroom, with a 1.35 × 1.90 m double bed and a generous sliding-door built-in wardrobe.
On the other side is a smaller bedroom, also with a 1.35 x 1.90 m double bed and a decorative iron headboard. In front of this bedroom is the full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a 7 kg washing machine. The rustic style with elegant touches is maintained in every corner. Only the exposed stones on certain walls remind of the house’s antiquity.
All exterior carpentry is wood-imitating aluminum, interior doors are wood.

At the front, broad terraces with terracotta tile extend, a 3.70 × 2.70 m concrete pool and 1.40 m deep — ideal for cooling off in the summers of the Tirajana Caldera — and a covered area with a table and artificial stone benches. This cozy corner is completed with a fixed barbecue, perfect for enjoying evenings as a couple, with family or friends.

An external copper-colored iron staircase leads to a small rooftop, a perfect space to sunbathe and contemplate the stunning mountain views.

The terrace is walled, ensuring privacy. The neighborhood has fiber optic. A small, well-behaved pet is allowed. Pool maintenance and the cost of necessary products will be borne by the tenants. Direct vehicle access and there is public parking almost in front of the house.

Water and electricity are not included in the price. To formalize the reservation, two monthly payments are requested (deposit and first month’s rent). Responsible and careful tenants are sought, who value tranquility and rural life.
