There is a light & airy living room with dining area and a sofa bed, a fitted & fully equipped kitchen/diner and three double bedrooms (one with twin beds), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Its fabulous outdoor area comprises of a swimming pool which captures views to the stunning mountain landscape and to the sea ~ here you can cool off after sunbathing on the open terrace. In addition, near the pool is a further bathroom. There is a porch at the entrance of the house equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy delicious breakfast outdoors. The large garden planted with olive & almond trees and a vineyard instils an idyllic atmosphere that will make you completely disconnect from everyday stress.

Keep in mind that you will have to take a dirt road to access the house. Thanks to its good location, you will find a couple of shops and restaurants in the village. It is also located near the beautiful white city of Cómpeta (about 4km), which is famous for its sweet wine and various outdoor activities such as hiking and offers many dining options and shops. Also, the beautiful beaches of the region, such as the sandy beach of Torre Del Mar, are about 30 minutes by car or 15km from the property. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
