Buyer’s Agency Fees: 2% of the final sale price plus 21% VAT (with a minimum of €3,500 plus 21% VAT).
Transfer Tax (ITP): The applicable tax rate will be that in force in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (generally 7%, without prejudice to reduced rates of 3.5%, 1.2% or 1% applicable according to the buyer’s personal circumstances or the property’s characteristics). The tax is charged on the Reference Value for Cadastre or the sale price, whichever is higher.
Notary Fees: Notarial fees will be calculated in accordance with the official tariff regulated in Annex I of Royal Decree 1426/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notarial tariff.
