An auction assignment is nothing more than a property that has not been sold at a judicial auction and is now being marketed before it is registered in the name of the auctioneer. The property is transferred free of mortgage encumbrances.
All costs of the public sale and those arising from the cancellation of charges, and the debts that, if applicable, burden the property, such as, and not exhaustively, community fees and IBI (property tax), will be borne by the bidder. (The law requires the successful bidder to settle the community fees and IBI for the last 4 years if there is any debt)

The occupancy status of the property is unknown. Said property cannot be visited nor can it be mortgaged for purchase, so the buyer must have sufficient liquidity to purchase. The property has been acquired through a judicial procedure (insolvency or mortgage) by the seller, who has not yet taken possession of it. The buyer will be responsible for the procedures required to obtain possession of the property.

The acquisition of the advertised property will be carried out exclusively through an auction assignment, within the framework of the judicial auction process in which it currently resides, with no possibility of direct sale.
