Large house located on Duende Street, near the Plaza del Conde Luque. It was formerly the site of the Town Hall of Guadix.
The building has undergone significant segregations, which have transformed the original appearance of the construction. It was part of the same property that borders it on the left. Nevertheless, numerous identifiable ancient construction elements remain, such as the façade, the stairs, the structure of the courtyard, the floors, the tower, etc.
The two-story house is organized around a square courtyard with galleries. Additionally, there is a second courtyard, likely intended for service, and at the back, a garden space (currently a patio with a private pool, barbecue, and relaxation area).
The façade features a stone lintel entrance supported by two columns with decorated corbels, which currently belongs to the adjoining property. Above it, a small cantilevered balcony, and crowning the façade, a cornice with wooden corbels.
At both ends, there were balconies with three semicircular arches at the front and two on the side. However, the corner balcony corresponding to this parcel was demolished, although the protrusion corresponding to its floor is still marked on the façade.
The façade has also been remodeled, with the opening of new access openings for people and a garage, and the placement of a stone base that clashes with the rest of the building.
