It is a room that invites you to stay in due to its spaciousness and warmth, with traditional details such as a locero, decorative hood, and ceramic elements that enhance its cozy character. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a four-burner ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and a microwave.

From the kitchen-dining room, you can access the exterior by going down five more steps. The property has direct car access and there are public parking options nearby.

The property is rented only seasonally (minimum stay of one month and maximum of eleven months), not as a vacation rental. The price includes water and electricity expenses. There is the possibility of contracting fiber optic internet. A small pet of up to 5 kg is allowed.

To reserve and enter the property, three months' rent are required: a deposit, the first month's rent, and real estate fees.
