For rent, a parking space of 26m2, which includes an electric charger in an underground building located in the Escaparate building. The parking space can be accessed on foot from Avda. de la Prensa, with the main entrance to the garage on Zacarias Zulategui street.

- Costs borne by the tenant, not included in the rent:
Legal deposit LAU: one month's rent for housing or two months' rent for other properties.
Rent review: The I.N.E. will publish the I.R.A.V. (Housing Rental Reference Index) monthly on its website. The review will be annual according to the applicable official index as per art. 18 of the LAU and current regulations at the time of update.
Payment method and frequency: monthly.
Utilities: Can be transferred to the tenant, according to conditions and final agreement with the owner, and for estimation, the last bills will be used as a reference. These expenses will derive from the bills for Water (Emasesa/Aljarafesa), Electricity (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.), Natural Gas (Endesa, Iberdrola, etc.) and/or Butane Gas (current price of the cylinder).
Fees for the tenant:
For habitual residence: €0, the costs of real estate management and contract formalization will be borne by the landlord. (Art. 20.1 of the L.A.U., modified Housing Law 12/2023 of May 24).
For use other than habitual residence: 1 month's rent.
Deductions for tenants of indicative housing (Andalusia): 15% with a cap of €600 (€900 with disability) for current fiscal years prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions. Starting in 2026, the Junta has announced an increase in the caps to €1,200 and €1,500 (disability) for the next fiscal year 2027, subject to applicable budgetary regulations.
