Rent review: The I.N.E. will publish the I.R.A.V. (Housing Rental Reference Index) monthly on its website. The review will be annual according to the applicable official index as per art. 18 of the LAU and current regulations at the time of update.
Payment method and frequency: monthly.
Utilities: Can be transferred to the tenant, according to conditions and final agreement with the owner, and for estimation, the last bills will be used as a reference. Fees for the tenant:

For use other than habitual residence: 1 month's rent.
Deductions for tenants of indicative housing (Andalusia): 15% with a cap of €600 (€900 with disability) for current fiscal years prior to 2026, subject to age/income requirements and other conditions. Starting in 2026, the Junta has announced an increase in the caps to €1,200 and €1,500 (disability) for the next fiscal year 2027, subject to applicable budgetary regulations.
