This apartment is spacious and bright, located on the third floor with a lift, and is fully furnished and ready to move into. The property consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a large balcony.

Upon entering the apartment, we find directly in front of us the living room-kitchen area. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher). There is also a breakfast bar with stools separating the living room from the kitchen. Next, we find the living room, with a spacious sofa on one side and, on the other side, a small TV unit. From the living room, we access the most outstanding feature of the apartment: a large terrace (12 m²) with tables and chairs, overlooking the communal area and with the Atlantic Ocean in the background on one side, and on the other side, sun loungers with an umbrella, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in comfort.

On the left-hand side of the apartment, we find the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. The window faces the terrace, allowing for plenty of natural light and brightness throughout this fantastic property. Next to it, there is a fully equipped bathroom with toilet, sink, and a modern shower, along with the washing machine.
