The apartment offers the perfect space for two people (up to four using the sofa bed). The living/dining room provides ample space to comfortably enjoy time together with up to 4 people (making use of the comfortable sofa bed), with an “open-plan” style kitchen to make the most of the space. There is a spacious bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (with a large built-in shower) which in turn opens onto a lovely terrace of about 20 M2 with outdoor furnishings, both to relax and to enjoy meals. The terrace also has access from the central hallway, so the other guests don’t have to go through the bedroom to reach it.

At the front of the house, there is a second, smaller terrace, but large enough to sit down, have a coffee, and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and the town of Sitges. In addition, the home’s south-facing orientation provides natural light all day, helping to lift the spirits and renew the positive energy of any guest!

The apartment is located on the top floor (penthouse), offering greater privacy and the best views!

The building is modern in construction and features a modern elevator with direct access to the parking area with a generously sized space! Parking is free for stays of 7 nights or more, and with a supplement of 15€/night for shorter stays.
