This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is complete with an American style kitchen containing an oven, a microwave and dishwasher. Also washing machine and tumble drier available for your use.

The large living, dining area affords a full panorama of the garden, the community pool as well as the sea, only a few steps away. The two double bedrooms, with bathrooms en suite and the couch/ double sofa bed readily accommodate five vacationers. All bed linens and towels are provided and are stored in two large cupboards in the bedrooms. Heating and cooling are self-controlled air conditioners.

The immediate area abounds with restaurants (ten different nationalities of food!), bars and other amenities. A super market is a five minute walk from the apartment. The jet set village of Puerto Banus, with its upscale shops and exuberant night life can be reached by walking along the beach, by car or by ferry boat. A leisurely stroll of fifteen minutes brings you to the charming old town of Marbella. Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada and the quaint "white villages" of Andalucia are within easy access by car, bus or on daily tours.
