A few minutes' drive from the white village of Torrox, you will find this beautiful country property in Spain. With short access from the main road, this property has a lot to offer.

A gate opens onto a space where you can park your car. From this same area, we access the house through a very cozy hall, and a corridor leads us to each room in a simple way. On one side, we find a spacious and fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and the pool area, as well as a very large living room with a pellet stove and air conditioning. From here, we can also access a beautiful glazed terrace with views of the countryside, the town and the Mediterranean Sea.

On the other side of the hall are the two double bedrooms, also with air conditioning, and two bathrooms equipped with a shower.

The outdoor spaces offer many possibilities, and you can take advantage of the pool and all its surrounding spaces to enjoy the sun. A built-in barbecue and a terrace with spectacular views also promise unbeatable summer dinners.
