On the lower ground floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have 2 individual beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bath. On the second floor one will find a large master bedroom with an ensuite equipped with a shower; this bedroom has a spacious terrace overlooking the pool area.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning installed with both hot and cool air. For the cooler months there is also a wood-burning fire in the living room.

The exterior of the property is stunning, with a large swimming pool measuring 10 x 4.5 metres, open all year round. The swimming pool has glass all around. The exterior has a large terrace, partly covered, and also a large barbecue area.
