This 3 bedroom detached mountain villa is located about 1.5 km up the Indalo Mountain, giving fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea to the front, and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and mountains at the rear. This is a perfect location for a quiet holiday. There is no pool at this villa.

The villa has an exceptionally spacious, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with large windows and patio doors leading directly out onto the sea-view terrace.

The American style kitchen area is well equipped with all amenities including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, fan oven and electric hob with overhead extractor.

The lounge area has large comfortable sofas and a log fire for those winter evenings.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a seating area, and a full en-suite bathroom. It also has patio doors leading directly onto the sea-view terrace for secluded sunbathing.

A twin-bedded room also has a sea view and access onto the terrace.

The double bedroom has French doors to its own side balcony.

The family bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower separate cubicle is located between the double and twin rooms.

The villa is fully air conditioned, with both cold and warm air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms.

Free WiFi is included in all weekly rentals. Spanish and English TV is available.

Off-road parking for 2 vehicles is at the front of the villa. A vehicle is necessary for stays at this villa due to its mountain location.
