On arrival at the house, which has parking for up to three vehicles, you enter through the fully equipped and modern kitchen. It has a gas cooker, oven and a double fridge. The living room and dining area is contemporary with double-glazed windows, comfortable seating and a smart TV. This room leads to the bedrooms, which are all equipped with air-conditioning units.
The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobe and access to the outside terrace and pool area. The other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds.
Outside, you can enjoy the views from a roomy seating area with a barbecue and awnings for shade. The swimming pool has a shower and spacious surroundings with decorative balustrades.
The property is located on the main road from Torrox to Cómpeta, only 20 min drive from the beaches in Torrox Costa. Upon exiting the main road, there is 1.8 km of dirt track in good condition. The last 200 m to the house are very steep and curvy, but the road is concreted and is fine for a normal car with a reasonable ground clearance.
