This wonderfully sunny, modernly furnished ground floor apartment is called Casa Regalo and is located in Residencial "VistaBella" in Torrevieja. The residence is easily accessible and is located just 1.5 km from the city center and La Mata beach. The beaches of Torrevieja are 2.5 km away and the city center is 4 km away. This is a nice central location for your holiday for young and old. The quiet and well-maintained complex has two communal swimming pools, a playground for the kids and a petanque court.

There is a modern living room with an open kitchen. In front of it is a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. A staircase leads to the large private roof terrace, equipped with a garden set with pergola and sun beds where you can sunbathe all year round and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Linen is provided and costs nothing extra. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, combination microwave and various appliances. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine.

Pets: You may bring your small dog. We expect that, within reason, your pet does not cause any nuisance to the neighbors. You must clean up after your pet using a bag, including feces, vomit, hair, and the like. There is an additional cleaning cost of €100 per dog per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the shower, on the couch, on beds and/or on other furniture. You must remove dog hair before departure to keep the apartment tidy for all guests. It is not advisable to leave a dog alone in the house.
