On the second floor there is a large terrace, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa has a salt water swimming pool, sunbathing space, an outdoor walking shower and place to eat.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, garage and car park the same building, 3 TVs, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), radio, DVD.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pan, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:30.
An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Air conditioning consumption is not included. The price is 0,40€/KW.
A deposit of 400€ in cash will be charged in the check-in and it will be refunded in the check-out if everything is correct.
