The entrance is nicely maintained and there is an elevator.
The apartment is perfectly located between 2 large shopping streets, with supermarkets, terraces and nice shops just 10 meters away. The street leads to the popular harbor of Torrevieja, with shops, restaurants, a funfair and a hippie market. Everything is just 300 meters away, including the cozy boulevard and the sea!
