During the summer months we rent out our beautiful villa with views of Benitachell, Jávea, Moraira and a piece of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is located in a quiet, well-maintained and well-lit in the evening urbanisation in Residencial Los Molinos II.

The distance by car to Jávea's promenade and El Arenal beach is 15 minutes from the house. By bike it is no more than 25 minutes.

The old and congenial centre of Jávea with its extensive clothes and food market on Thursday mornings is a 20-minute drive away. Also a 20-minute drive away are the beaches, promenade and the town of Moraira, with a great market on Friday mornings in the large car park upon entering, with the tastiest grilled chicken. Denia and its beautiful wide beaches are a 40-minute drive away, and Jalon with its distinct Saturday morning flea market is a 30-minute drive away.

In short, you are right in the middle of beautiful towns, villages, beach life, urbanisations, all surrounded by hills and forests. After a full day on the beaches, terraces and/or markets, it is great to chill out on the terrace with beautiful views after first taking a refreshing dip in the 9 x 4-metre pool.

From the house there are walking routes over the hills with vineyards (a lovely winery with terrace and small restaurant at 10 minutes' walking distance), forests and beautiful views culminating in the view of the Montgó mountain (the resting elephant with long trunk), against which Jávea with all its neighbourhoods and villas nestles.

The villa has three bedrooms and integrated air conditioning. A large double bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom, wardrobe space and a large balcony with views. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a bathroom adjacent to the spacious hall.

The living room is bright with large windows, comfortable sofas and dining areas, and the covered terrace with seating and a large dining table and BBQ is adjacent. In and around the house there are all kinds of seating areas where anyone can retreat with a book or their mobile phone.

The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need, and we believe you will have a wonderful holiday here.
