In addition to the features and amenities already mentioned, Casa del Zorro is located on the first floor of a gated residence, and the apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.

The apartment features a spacious 28 m² terrace, furnished with a comfortable lounge area and dining table. From the terrace, you enjoy views of the sea as well as the communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool. Thanks to the eastern orientation, you can start the day with the morning sun.

Inside, the house features 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, both equipped with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

The fully equipped open kitchen features various appliances including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and both a Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machine.

Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Google Chromecast.

Extensive facilities within the residence

The residence features various communal facilities that contribute to a pleasant stay. These include a barbecue area, a playground, a petanque court, a fitness room, and a sauna.

For guests traveling by car, a private parking space with a private storage unit is available in the secured underground parking garage.

Electricity consumption information

Due to current energy costs, rental prices include electricity consumption up to 70 kWh per week. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.35 per extra kWh, excluding VAT.
