The building has an elevator and you have access to a private parking space with private storage in the closed underground parking garage. Pets are not allowed.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a karting circuit, large supermarkets such as Carrefour and Lidl, and a varied range of good restaurants, nice bars, fitness clubs and other sports facilities such as tennis and paddle, mini golf, etc. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in Villamartin (6 km) or Vistabella (20 km).
