The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with double beds, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

In the event of higher consumption, the excess consumption will be charged at a rate of €0.35 per kWh, excluding VAT. Any such additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the stay.
