Estudio Cannes is a cosy fully renovated studio located on the beachfront in Torrox Costa, ideal for enjoying a holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. Sleeps up to 3 people (preferably 2 adults and/or a child). It offers a comfortable and functional space in a prime location.

The studio has a 1.35 m bed and a sofa bed, plus two wardrobes for more comfort during the stay. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals in complete comfort.

The bathroom has a shower, a hygienic shower, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The house is located within an urbanization with large gardens, green areas, a seasonal communal pool and tennis courts, offering a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The communal swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.

Excellent location, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, with direct access to the promenade and Torrox Costa beach, and just minutes from Nerja.
