The villa, completely renovated in 2026, offers a total of two independent apartments for 8 guests.

Apartment 1, on the ground floor, features an entrance hall, utility room, living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two shower bathrooms.

Apartment 2, also on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a shower bathroom and an open-plan kitchen.

Groups of 10 people can book Villa Tinto Verano 10 PAX, which has 3 independent housing units.

The property is completely fenced and has a beautiful garden, several covered and uncovered terraces with seating and sun loungers, a summer kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor swimming pool, shower and toilet, and parking for three vehicles.

Equipment: Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, televisions, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete crockery and cutlery, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Please note that on Sundays, holidays and at night, a supplement of between €60 and €70 will be applied for arrivals outside our usual entry and exit hours.

Arrivals after 22:00 or departures before 07:00 entail a night supplement of £100.

Each pet incurs an additional cost of €35 (please check availability). This is a one-off cleaning charge. Pets up to 10 kg are permitted. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (35 kWh/day). Additional consumption will be billed at €0.45/kWh.

A security deposit of €800.00 is required by credit card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded one week after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
