Spacious two-level living/dining room with fireplace and a large covered terrace. Large TV and sound system, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, flat-screen satellite TV in all bedrooms. Air conditioning throughout the house. Internet. Washing machine / dryer.

Lower level: gym, games room with ping-pong table, pool table, table football and board games. Beautiful illuminated garden. 13x6 m pool with infinity edge, colour lighting and outdoor Jacuzzi. Pool area includes a chill-out zone with 5 Balinese beds, 10 sun loungers and a shaded lounge area with sofas. Covered barbecue-dining area with a large table for 20 guests. Barbecue with grill, gas stove and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower.

The property is fully fenced and equipped with alarms and security cameras. Pool not fenced.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

The eco tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the house.

Bookings from May to September: minimum stay 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
Rest of the year: check-in and check-out any day.
