Beautiful house located in an area of total tranquillity, surrounded by fields, with sea views on the horizon. The property offers absolute privacy and is built on a 60,000 m² estate. It is an old, carefully renovated finca that combines rustic charm with all modern comforts.

- Access to the house is through a cosy porch with juniper roof. From this space you can access different rooms:
- Suite 1 with separate entrance.
- Dining room, equipped with a large table for the whole family.
- Independent kitchen, fully equipped and with an attached pantry (where the washing machine and kitchen utensils are located). It also has a side table for breakfast.
- From the kitchen there is access to the dining room and a full bathroom, as well as two Ibiza-style double bedrooms with direct access to the pool.
- The living room is a large independent room, equipped with large sofas, TV with satellite connection and fireplace. Its large windows offer views of the countryside and the sea. From here you can access the outside, where you will find a spacious covered porch, a relaxation area with hammocks, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a large private pool with sea views (unfenced).
- On one side of the house there is also a barbecue area with a table, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.
