With three different floors, you can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 separate rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. Due to its location in the upper left part of the complex, there are spectacular sea views from the roof terrace. The private roof terrace with lounge, dining area, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a refreshing shower is a favourite spot for many visitors. The south-west orientation guarantees sunshine on all three terraces. In the basement there is a private garage for 2 cars, plus storage space for all your holiday equipment.

The ground floor includes a spacious dining and living room with leather sofas and an LED Smart TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, a guest toilet and a pantry. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace, leading to the private terrace and garden where you can sunbathe and children can play.

There are three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating and temperature control for a comfortable stay. The two additional bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe. The second bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
