- In the event of damage or an extraordinary cleaning due to improper use of the property, the corresponding cost may be deducted in full or in part from the deposit.

Approximate prices for 2026:

- July: €95 per night.
- August: €115 per night.
- September: €85 per night.
- Winter season (October to May): €950 per month (utilities extra).
