Description
The company is looking to hire a dynamic person with communication skills and commercial vision. The selected candidate must have 3 years of previous experience. They will be responsible for managing our client portfolio, optimising the daily administration of our properties with the aim of maximising sales and achieving established goals.
We are looking for a professional with strategic thinking and business acumen. Analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions based on metrics, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Adaptability and flexibility in the face of market changes and new trends.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism and Hotel Management, Marketing and Sales.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Must have a combination of analytical, strategic, and commercial skills, such as:
- Knowledge of economics: Revenue and profitability optimisation: understanding margins, costs, and profits / Budget management and financial forecasting / Analysis of market supply and demand
- Pricing and revenue management strategies: Customer segmentation and rate customization
- Data and sales analysis: Use of analysis tools (Excel) / Use of Google Analytics and competitor benchmarking tools
- Knowledge of marketing: Analysis of consumer behavior to adjust pricing strategies
- English B2/C1 – Spanish C2
