About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimise both launch and evergreen campaigns for info-products. This role focuses on generating hype, engagement, and conversions from established audiences (e.g., profiles with 100K+ followers) while also attracting new followers through viral and trend-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning and Strategy
Develop and implement publishing calendars and content strategies that prepare and warm up audiences for product launches.
Collaborate with the product and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
2. Hype and Engagement Generation
Design interactive posts, challenges, and social dynamics that build anticipation and drive audiences toward key conversion events (e.g., YouTube live streams).
Coordinate community engagement and automated interaction flows to nurture audience relationships.
3. Content Creation and Growth
Create viral content using proven structures (Hook - Value - CTA) and engaging storytelling techniques.
Leverage social media algorithms (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter) and trends to increase reach and attract new followers.
4. Copywriting and Storytelling
Write impactful scripts and captions using persuasive, rhythmic, and neuromarketing-based copywriting styles that activate communities and drive conversions.
5. Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyse key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, CTR, and audience growth.
Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to the internal team.
6. Team Collaboration
Work closely with creative designers, video editors, and product managers to execute seamless campaigns.
Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) to organise and streamline content scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably managing info-product launch campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content trends.
- Expertise in copywriting for social media, including crafting powerful hooks and CTAs.
- Skilled in developing content calendars and growth strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency).
Valuable Pluses
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
- Experience managing personal brands or high-reach
