Description
We are looking for experienced, reliable Builders to join our team working on premium-villa new build and high-end renovation projects across the Marbella region. Our work focuses on outstanding craftsmanship, contemporary finishes, and exceptional project quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality building work on luxury villas (structural, masonry, finishing, etc.)
- Execute tasks according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other specialist trades
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Contribute to a smooth workflow on-site and meet agreed timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential construction, ideally luxury or high-end projects
- Strong skills in building, masonry, structural work, or general construction tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
- English required; bilingual is a plus
