About the Role:
We are seeking motivated, articulate, and confident appointment setters to support ongoing outbound business development campaigns. If you enjoy speaking with people, uncovering needs, and opening doors for sales teams, this role offers a flexible and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects across a range of industries
- Follow a clear call structure and campaign brief
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
- Secure appointments and ensure all details are accurately logged
- Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging phone presence
- Provide daily updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally during conversations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
- Comfortable using CRM systems or call-tracking tools
