From documentation and veterinary certification to logistics and flight coordination, we manage every step of the journey with care and precision.

Our mission is to make international pet travel as smooth and stress-free as possible. With a strong focus on animal welfare and regulatory accuracy, our team works closely with clients, airlines, and government authorities around the world. We combine professional expertise with genuine passion for animals, ensuring every pet receives the highest standard of care from start to finish.

Role Overview

We are seeking a non-surgical Veterinarian to join our team. The role concentrates on:
• CEXGAN export documentation
• Import and export regulatory compliance
• Pre-travel clinical examinations
• Routine vaccinations and parasite treatments

This role suits a vet who enjoys compliance work, clear communication, and working directly with clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Compliance Duties

• Complete and validate CEXGAN export health certificates via the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) portal.
• Prepare and review import and export paperwork for pets travelling internationally.
• Ensure compliance with EU Regulation (EU) 576/2013 and destination-country entry rules.
• Liaise with relevant departments, customs officials, and international authorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate digital and written records in line with Spanish veterinary regulations.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-travel clinical examinations to ensure pets are fit to fly.
• Administer routine vaccinations, including rabies, and perform microchipping and parasite treatments.
• Review each animal’s health status and ensure all requirements for travel are met.
• Complete detailed clinical notes following Spanish veterinary standards.

Client-Facing Duties

• Meet with clients during scheduled appointments to review all paperwork and examine animals prior to flying.
• Provide clear guidance on pet travel requirements, timelines, and necessary health preparations.
• Explain destination-country regulations, including waiting periods, rabies titres, and special requirements.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination for each pet’s travel journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• You must be a licensed and registered Veterinarian in Spain (Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios).
• Strong understanding of CEXGAN, MAPA systems, and international export processes.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, especially with legal documents.
• Confident communicator with both Spanish and English clients.
• Comfortable using digital certification platforms and online systems.

Desirable Experience

• Background in pet travel, relocation services, or official export veterinary roles.
• Familiarity with import rules for common destinations (UK, USA, Asia, Middle East & Australia).
