Description
We’re expanding and looking for a licenced Architect to help us deliver outstanding projects. You’ll work closely with engineers, suppliers and clients to transform ideas into reality while enjoying great career development opportunities.
Main Functions
• Create schematic designs and adapt them according to client requirements.
• Draft of the basic construction project.
• Manage building permit applications.
• Oversee execution of construction works.
• Deal with all phases of construction administration.
• Coordinate with engineering partners and suppliers (including placing orders for materials and finishes).
• Carry out and monitoring work planning for its execution.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading similar projects in Spain (essential).
• Spanish registered Architect.
• BIM software knowledge is required.
• Able Revit user to a good standard (although ArchiCAD could also be considered).
Ideal Profile
• Proactive, dynamic, and decisive.
• Based on the Costa del Sol with NIE/TIE in place.
• Driving licence and own vehicle.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
You will form part of a dynamic team with great earning potential.
