Are you a natural closer, driven by results and motivated by the thrill of the sale? Tired of drowning in admin when you just want to get out there and sell?
We do things differently. We’ve streamlined our processes, minimised paperwork, and built a support structure that lets you focus on what really matters — listing properties, closing deals, and making clients happy.
We are looking for a talented Sales and Listings Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication, strong time management and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Advanced level English and Spanish, any additional language is advantageous.
This is a full-time, employed position with a 40-hour indefinite contract. You'll receive a great salary, plus uncapped commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for and a company phone. You'll already have a good knowledge of the Orihuela Costa.
