We are looking for motivated freelance real estate agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for independent professionals who want flexibility, strong marketing support, and access to international leads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with international buyers and sellers
- Conduct property viewings
- Guide clients through the full purchase or sales process
- Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements:
- Previous real estate sales experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Fluent English (Spanish/additional languages an advantage)
- Self-employed or willing to register as autónomo in Spain
- Valid driving licence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
